Opći cilj:
Cilj projekta je uključivanje kreativnih metoda u rad s odraslima.

Očekivani rezultati:
primjena novih kreativnih metoda u radu uključenih organizacija i poboljšane meke vještine osoba zaposlenih unutar ove tri organizacije. Konkretno, očekuje se da će Storytelling Center i EUROPASS SRL implementirati dijelove Callan metode u svoje podučavanje stranog jezika kako bi poboljšali svoje metode rada. S druge strane Inicijativa za edukaciju primijenit će pripovijedanje i kreativno pisanje u radu u svim segmentima. Metode će se također primijeniti u radu s azilantima za sve tri organizacije i njihove programe kulturne integracije.

Iznos dodijeljenih bespovratnih sredstava: 30.125,00 €

Razdoblje provedbe: 30.06.2021 – 30.08.2022 (14 mjeseci)

Main objectives

The focus of this Erasmus Plus training course is the learning to learn competence, which refers to one’s ability to organize their own time and essentially be one’s own teacher. The value of acquiring this competence early means that educators have the ability to encourage this competence in the context of their own classrooms.

Participants can expect to:

discover different perspectives of learning
enhance their knowledge on learning as a lifelong process
identify different learning strategies that students use to learn new content
apply the knowledge of the self-regulation of learning so as to promote independent learning in their classrooms
avoid focusing solely on convergent thinking and promote divergent thinking alongside critical thinking in their classrooms
gain practical knowledge on some ideas and techniques that encourage learners to learn more independently
