Course overview

Do you often wonder how to go about getting more customers? Does your digital appearance need work? Have you been able to make the transition online without too much difficulty? Do you feel insecure about your digital presence but do not know how to solve the issue? Is it challenging to keep up with digital trends?

As we are experiencing ever-changing times, there has been a global shift of courses moving online. Keeping up with the organisation of classes, teachers and staff is more than enough to keep us busy. Then there is that big crucial M – MARKETING – to tackle, and knowing what to do to get more customers. All of these marketing concerns will be explored, as participants will learn to quickly and easily understand the importance of digital marketing and how to apply these practices and solutions within their own institution.

Main objectives 

In this Erasmus Plus training course participants will get a complete overview and framework for their digital marketing strategy. Participants will learn how to stand out in a crowded landscape and will learn what it takes to build a profitable organisation online and offline.
The focus of this course is to get participants acquainted with digital marketing trends and how to actively apply these tools to their organisations. Throughout the course, participants will engage in a variety of workshops and practical exercises. 

Participants can expect to:

  • Be given tools and tactics to retain current learners and attract new ones
  • Align their brand online and offline
  • Pinpoint issues within their own strategy and find practical solutions
  • Become acquainted with the Customer Value Journey
  • Understand the importance of having a concurrent digital presence
  • Receive feedback or mentoring from our experts
  • Partake in a variety of workshops to improve their digital strategy

TUESDAY
- Customer Value Journey - understanding the importance of customer experience
- 8 essential steps to develop and successfully build customer relations

WEDNESDAY
- Who is your ideal customer?
- Workshop - define your Customer Avatar/customer profiles
- Where and how to find your customer?
- Workshop - Human psychology: Why do people buy? 

THURSDAY
- Getting to know your customer
- How does your customer feel before and after buying your product?
- Workshop - Before and After Grid
- The rule of “Give value up front” to your customers 

FRIDAY
- Time to brainstorm ideas for future development
- Evaluation of your Digital Marketing Road Map
- Course roundup and final remarks
- Certification ceremony

Who is it for?
This Erasmus Plus training course is designed for any member of an educational organisation, be it trainers, school management, administration management staff, marketing advisors, etc.


Language proficiency
This Erasmus Plus training course is best suited for those with at least a B1 certificate. All of the exercises and materials will be presented in English. If there is a group of more than 5 participants it is possible to attend the course in Croatian.


Methodology
With the aim to involve active participation and achieve the best learning experience, the course methodology is based upon dynamic, innovative and creative methods of experiential learning.

It consists of:
Theoretical work - If you do not know what you are talking about, you will not be able to apply it. Nowadays, more and more emphasis is put on practical learning, yet theory is a necessity. You have to know the background of a subject to be able to pinpoint its challenges.

Practical work - Through practical workshops and interactive tasks you will gain personal experience that will help you understand and implement ideas in your own work.

Coaching - Each participant in the course will get the opportunity to receive direct feedback from our coaches. These individual consultations will result in being able to better position your skills in your respected organisation.
