Methodology
The aim of this course is to actively include participants so that they have a unique learning experience. The methodology of the course is based on dynamic, innovative and creative methods of experiential learning.

It consists of:
Theory – If you don’t know your subject, it will be hard for you to learn to apply it in practice. Practical learning has been the trend lately, but it cannot go ahead without theory. We have to know the basics before we can point out the challenges we will be faced with in practice.

Practical work – Through several practical workshops and interactive tasks, you will get a personal experience of how to implement these ideas in your work, with concrete examples.

Mentoring – Every participant will get the chance to comment on their skills and how to apply what they have learnt directly in their organisation’s work.
