Opis projekta
Projekt je usmjeren na razvoj inovativnih metoda podučavanja u sklopu čega će 5 naših zaposlenika imati prilike učiti i usavršavati se, kako bi studentima pružali što bolje, lakše i sveobuhvatnije učenje jezika. U sklopu projekta naši će zaposlenici putovati u Bolognu gdje će učiti o inovativnim i neformalnim metodama podučavanja.Pokreni Inicijativu je projekt usmjeren na modernizaciju kurikuluma škole engleskog jezika Inicijativa. Modernizacija kurikuluma proizašla je iz potrebe za jačanjem kvalitete programa koji škola nudi.

Kako bismo unaprijedili kvalitetu rada, škola će svoj kurikulum koji se trenutno temelji na Callan metodi, upotpuniti implementacijom suvremenih i inovativnih metoda učenja jezika koje će pratiti potrebe naših polaznika. Upotreba i implementacija inovativnih i neformalnih metoda učenja pokazala se kao odličan odabir za podučavanje polaznika različitih potreba i pozadine, jer im pruža veću povezanost i sinergiju u grupi, kao i učenje temeljeno na iskustvu. Ciljana skupina su odrasli polaznici tečajeva koji imaju potrebu za usavršavanjem engleskog jezika kako bi napredovali u karijeri i unaprijedili svoje kompetencije na tržištu rada. Uvođenjem neformalnih i inovativnih metoda u naš rad s odraslima pomoći će nam u izgradnji kurikuluma koji će biti više uključiv i usmjeren na specifične potrebe polaznika usmjerene na osobni rast i razvoj u privatnom i profesionalnom području. Kako bismo povećali razinu kvalitete podučavanja engleskog potrebno je uložiti u nova znanja i vještine naših teachera, stoga su naši specifični ciljevi usmjereni na razvoj stručnih potencijala teachera.
Planirane aktivnosti odvijaju se kroz strukturirane tečajeve u trajanju od 7 dana po svakoj mobilnosti. Teme tečajeva su sljedeće:

1. Effective Classroom Managment Strategies and Ideas for teachers,
2. Inovative teaching methods for teachers and education staff,
3. Non-formal education and innovative teaching methods,
4. Intercultural learning and Cultural Diversity in education,
5. Diversity in the Classroom: teaching tolerance and overcoming prejudices.

2. Unapređenje participacije i integracije u radu s marginaliziranim osobama

Očekivani rezultati:
Dodatno educirano i osposobljeno 5 nastavnika. Po završetku tečajeva očekujemo rezultate u vidu organizacije nastave koja će se temeljiti na pozitivnom i motivirajućem okruženju, uvođenju novih inovativnih metoda podučavanja u naš kurikulum i njihovu uspješnu implementaciju u nastavi.

Iznos dodijeljenih bespovratnih sredstava: 11.580,00 €.
