Project title:
Tell Your Mind: Voicing mental health conditions and promoting socio-emotional well-being in secondary schools

Project description:
In the dynamic landscape of educational initiatives, the Erasmus+ Programme stands out as a beacon of innovation and inclusivity. With a focus on fostering collaboration and enhancing opportunities in education, training, youth, and sport, the programme's policy priorities play a pivotal role in shaping impactful projects. Among these priorities, the emphasis on inclusion and diversity in all fields of education, training, youth, and sport stands as a cornerstone for promoting equitable access and opportunities.
Tell Your Mind is a project driven by a passionate commitment to address mental health challenges among secondary school students and teachers. In alignment with the Erasmus+ Programme's horizontal priority of inclusion and diversity, TYM embarks on a journey to dismantle societal stigma surrounding mental health and empower individuals to voice their experiences without fear or shame.
At the heart of TYM lies a deep-rooted recognition of the value of inclusivity and diversity. The project endeavors to create a nurturing environment where individuals from all walks of life feel seen, heard, and supported. Through targeted initiatives such as webinars on mental health, awareness Campaign, teacher training programs, and the development of a game-based toolkit, TYM aims to foster empathy, positive communication, and active listening skills among students and educators alike.
