Daily Program

Day 1: Introduction and Communication Skills Development
Welcoming participants through engaging icebreaker activities and introductions, attendees establish connections with one another. The day primarily focuses on fostering effective
communication skills. Participants engage in various interactive exercises designed to enhance active listening, assertiveness, and non-verbal communication. By the end of the day, attendees will have gained practical strategies to communicate more effectively in personal and professional settings.

Day 2: Teamwork and Collaboration
Day two centres around the principles of teamwork and collaboration. Through case studies and group activities, participants explore the dynamics of successful teamwork. They learn how to build trust, delegate tasks effectively, and resolve conflicts within teams. By actively participating in team-building exercises, attendees develop a deeper understanding of
collaborative problem-solving and the importance of collective achievement.

Day 3: Critical Thinking and Decision-Making
Critical thinking takes the spotlight on day three. Participants dive into various critical thinking models and frameworks, applying them to analyze real-world scenarios and case studies. Through guided discussions and interactive exercises, attendees learn to evaluate information critically, identify biases, and make informed decisions. Emphasis is placed on fostering creative and analytical thinking skills essential for problem-solving and innovation.

Day 4: Adaptability and Resilience
Adaptability and resilience become the focus on day four. Participants explore strategies for embracing change and navigating challenges effectively. Through resilience-building
exercises and stress management techniques, attendees learn to cultivate resilience in both personal and professional domains. Role-playing scenarios provide opportunities to practice
adaptability skills, preparing participants to thrive in dynamic environments.

Day 5: Self-awareness and Personal Development
The final day of the course is dedicated to self-awareness and personal development. Participants engage in introspective activities to assess their strengths, weaknesses, and
values. They set goals for their professional development journey and explore strategies for seeking feedback and continuous learning. Through reflection and peer feedback, attendees
create personalized development plans aimed at achieving their aspirations. The day concludes with a celebration of learning achievements and a commitment to ongoing growth
and self-improvement.

Who is it for?
The EmpowerED course is designed for professionals working in various fields, including
formal and informal education, associations, and youth work.

Language proficiency
This Erasmus Plus training course is best suited for those with at least A2 level. All of the materials will be presented in English.

Methodology
To involve active participation and achieve the best learning experience, the course methodology is based on dynamic, innovative and creative methods of experiential learning.
It consists of:
Theoretical work - If you do not know what you are talking about, you will not be able to apply it. Nowadays, more and more emphasis is put on practical learning, yet theory is a
necessity. You have to know the background of a subject to be able to pinpoint its challenges.
Practical work - Through practical workshops and interactive tasks you will gain personal experience that will help you understand and implement ideas in your work.
Coaching - Each participant in the course will get the opportunity to receive direct feedback from our coaches. These individual consultations will result in being able to better position
your skills in your respected organisation.

Each program starts on Monday morning and finishes on Friday evening with Saturday being optional for enjoying cultural activities. Throughout the course, besides training, we will promote professional networking through a variety of social and cultural activities.
